Customs brokerage is a licensed profession. The authorisations our activity rests on are set out below.
Customs Brokerage Licence
Issued by the Ministry of Trade and renewed periodically. It is the legal basis for representing clients before customs administrations.
Power of attorney
A notarised power of attorney is issued for each client, containing specific clauses covering import, export and transit operations.
BİLGE system user authorisation
The user authorisation defined by the customs administration for preparing and registering declarations electronically.
Single Window System access
System access required to obtain permits, conformity and control certificates electronically across public institutions.
Trade Registry and Chamber records
Istanbul Trade Registry and chamber registrations — the official basis for the company title, address and representation details.
