Quality Policy
In customs brokerage, quality is measured less by doing the work right than by preventing the error.
Regulatory compliance
The Customs Law and its associated regulations and communiqués are monitored daily. Changes published in the Official Gazette that affect our clients are passed to the responsible file officer the same day, and directly to the client where needed.
Four-eyes control
Before a declaration is registered, tariff, valuation, origin and permit documents pass through a separate checklist. Where a tariff heading is in doubt, a written opinion is given to the client before anything is filed.
Records and archiving
Declarations, payment documents and correspondence for every file are archived in order and handed to the client. Documents needed in post-clearance audits are kept accessible for the period required by law.
Information security
Commercial information belonging to our clients — invoice values, supplier details, product specifications — is not shared with third parties. Access is limited to the staff assigned to the file.
